roasted garlic & lavash crackers

Roasted the garlic with some orange slices and then used the meat as a garnish.  Used Peter Reinhart’s lavash crackers recipe and kept them on the thicker side.  Next time I’ll season the dough directly with cumin and more salt.

Lavash Crackers
Peter Reinhart's'ish
6.75 oz bread flour
0.13 oz salt
1/2 tsp yeast
0.75 oz honey
0.5 oz oil
3 oz water
Knead 10 minutes
Ferment 90 minutes
Roll out on oiled counter (floured for pitas)
350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (250° for pitas, until puffed - 2 minutes'ish)
