summer salad

My new favorite summer salad.

Corn on the cob  – boiled in heavily salted water with a sliced red chili.

Next quickly blanch garlic green shoots.

Lastly, boil edamame.

Secret ingredient – diced pickled ginger.

Shredded carrot, cabbage, red onion, diced tomatoes.

S&P – good to go.


Garlic green shoots: loving this vegetable – tastes and smells just like garlic (just chopping them, you can really smell the garlic), with a crunchy bean consistency
