As a kid I never liked my mom’s homemade salsa. I think it was the cilantro.  Also, I was more of a fan of the juicy puree type than the chunky variety.

Now however, homemade salsa’s pretty delicious (plus I use cilantro on everything now).  All it is is diced garlic, tomato and red onion. Chili, cilantro and a splash of lemon juice.

Mix up some chapatti dough and bake in the oven for chips.  A great snack indeed.

Yeild: 9
50 g whole wheat flour
260 g bread flour
10 g salt

Add, knead:
150 g water

Slowly drip in another 50 g water as needed:
Knead til soft dough

At the end, add:
1/2 tsp of oil for glossy texture

Fridge for 5-7 hour is best, but can use immediately.

Divide into 9, 55g'ish each
On floured counter roll out
Place in hot frying pan, med-high
1-2 min per side
Toss onto gas burner to puff
