215 g bread flour
176 g water
10 g salt
1/4 tsp yeast
Original loaf. 2:00pm mixed. Next day 12:00 pm mixed a little in the bowl. 5:00 pm shaped. 6:00 pm, Directly on stone.
Original loaf with oats and barley flour.
hmmm….this one looks good…..it looks like ciabatta. Did you know here they don’t put salt in their bread?
