Original recipe 1/2 1/2 with whey.
12 am mix
3:15 folded 4 ways onto parchment
330 folded 4 ways
350 folded 4 ways and into final proof
420 into oven
440 in oven 20 min

Oven temp at 350C
Stone was heating for 30 min
(15 minutes oven at 210)

Didn’t have much oven spring. Not sure why. Whey flavour still not as tasty as the first time.
